I wanted to make a necklace that celebrated glass and colour and this is it. The beads here are not decorated in any way but I've chosen colours and glasses that really complement one another.
This particular bead cluster pendant is made with 11mm diameter plain round beads in shades of blue with a touch of black and off-white. I didn't intend to make a TARDIS-inspired necklace (I'm not a Doctor Who fan) but these colours together just shout police box to me.
The pendant has a nice weight to it and it makes a glorious glassy rattle.
Even though these long necklaces will slip over your head, I've added a clasp as I know how long hair and necklaces don't mix. It's no fun getting a necklace tangled in your tresses.
The pendant measures approximately 60mm (about 2.5 inches) long and is strung on an antique copper fnish rolo link chain. Please let me know if you'd like a 32, 36 or 40 inch chain using the dropdown menu.
The findings and chain are brass and steel with an antique copper finish. All findings are nickel and lead safe.
