An assortment of beads made in blue and yellow. Something about blue and yellow together reminds me of summer. To me, the colour combination says sunshine, blue sky and beach huts.
The yellow here is a rich, deep, warm one, and the blues are pale periwinkle and a slightly muted grey-blue.
These beads are small - they're just over 11mm in diameter.
The strand includes an Anemone, a Whirly-Go-Round, a flowery Ditsybead, encased stripes and an array of stringer, spots and dots.
The grey-blue beads are double encased - they have an opaque core encased in transparent grey-blue, and then they're encased in a thin layer of clear.
The strand also contains six coordinating spacers.
Number of beads: 15
Bead size/s: Approximately just over 11mm diameter. Spacers are 7-8mm diameter.
Hole size: Approximately 2mm
Kiln annealed, cleaned and temporarily strung.
Note: Although I have captured the beads' colours as best as I can, different screen and monitor settings vary and as such the colours of the beads may appear slightly different in real life than they do on your computer or device. In particular, Apple devices tend to ramp up the reds so please bear this in mind when viewing beads that are red, pink, purple etc.
