A necklace featuring one of my heart-shaped 'Shoreline' beads.
The heart bead is approximately 35mm across its widest part and is about 30mm long.
The heart is hand-shaped, meaning I didn't use a press or mould to make it. It is made in transparent pale aquamarine and sandy ivory-coloured glass and the two colours are separated by a band of earthy silvered ivory.
The beads are threaded onto soft, black waxed cotton and the length of the necklace can be adjusted by pulling on the ends of the macramé slider. The necklace can be extended to a 900mm loop so it can be worn nice and long.
All glass beads are kiln annealed.
All knots have been treated so that they won't fray.
Presented in a cotton gift bag.
