'Sand & Sea' Tendril Necklace

This necklace is made with fifteen 13mm diameter round lampwork beads in a striated sandy ivory and a glorious transparent watery blue.

Each lampwork bead is capped with a spiral of copper wire which snakes around the bead and down to a spiral at the opposite end. This reminds me of plant tendrils which is the name I've chosen for this style of necklace.

The beaded links feature Czech glass faceted rondelles in aquamarine blue.

All wirework and findings are solid copper. I've patinated the necklace to give it an aged and darkened finish.

The necklace fastens with a lobster clasp.

The necklace measures 22 3/4 inches long.

All lampwork glass beads are kiln annealed.

Note: Although I have captured the beads' colours as best as I can, different screen and monitor settings vary and as such the colours of the beads may appear slightly different in real life than they do on your computer or device. In particular, Apple devices tend to ramp up the reds so please bear this in mind when viewing beads that are red, pink, purple etc.
