Crochet Shawl - Pastel Rainbow Sparkle

This triangular crochet shawl is made from gradient yarn in pale pink fading through peach and soft yellow into minty green, light blue and ending in dark teal. The yarn has an iridescent thread running all the way through it for a touch of sparkle.

The pattern is the Sis Shawl by Joanna Grzelak of Sis Homemade.

The shawl measures approximately 180 (71 inches) along its longest top edge (the wingspan) and about 88cm (34 1/2 inches) from the centre of that edge down to its point.

My mannequin is a UK size 12.

The yarn is 53% cotton, 43% acrylic and 4% metallic polyester. Hand wash your shawl in cool water with a gentle yarn wash such as Eucalan and lay the shawl flat to dry.
